As a personal branding photographer, mentor and coach specialising in elevating personal brands and business visibility, I make clients look and feel their best.
My photographs show them as authentic, beautiful, powerful.
My coaching supports them to find self-belief, independence, purpose.
For over two decades, my camera has captured thousands of people at big moments. As brides, mums, corporate leaders and business owners. These days, armed with coaching qualifications as well as visual expertise and experience, my focus is sharply on women in business.
Their images, messaging and mindset help them connect with audiences. Help them stand out in a crowded market.
I'M A ONE STOP SHOP GIVING WOMEN CLARITY AND CONFIDENCE TO IMPROVE AND ELEVATE ALL LEVELS OF THEIR BUSINESS AND BRAND.
Why? Because for a long time, that’s what I didn’t have. I never knew what I wanted to do. Just what I didn’t want: a desk job.
So I worked in hospitality in the UK, in media in Melbourne, learned fluent Norwegian and okay Japanese, got a psychology degree. Didn’t fall in love with anything except swing dancing - through my 20s I performed, competed and taught! - until studying photography led to a decade of mastering a job you literally get one shot at: wedding photography.
And that job taught me a lot. To have great systems. To work fast. To relax people and always be ‘on’. To shoot with a natural style in any light. Those things didn’t change after my work evolved into headshots then personal branding shoots for corporate teams and professional women.
Then, crunch. Building a successful business came at a cost: burnout.
Not fun, and this is the short version, but it eventually led to my lightbulb moment: I had a great photography business but no brand, so I was struggling to grow. I was helping everyone else build their personal brand but had spent no time elevating my own.
So I got really clear on my niche. I worked on my messaging. And I started showing up consistently, and authentically. The result? I grew my business while being able to reduce my hours, which finally gave me time to focus on where I wanted to take my business - my big vision.
The big realisation was I loved the business side of my work as much as photography. I loved playing with ideas, planning, and building lasting success.
Having grown my own business, I wanted to share my strategies with other women. So I studied as a coach. I launched a membership and then a mastermind, both focussed on helping women with established businesses create more success through the pillars of personal branding, marketing and mindset.
What makes me a good coach? I meet clients where they’re at because I’ve navigated many challenges of modern working life for women— burnout, imposter syndrome, growing a business while raising twins, breast cancer, supporting a husband with serious health issues. I’m in the trenches with you all the way.
Truth is, I worked my ass off to create a successful business and get to a point of self-belief, and it’s one message I share: no program you sign up to will get you a get rich quick result. You can’t avoid the work, but you can have a wingwoman in your back pocket helping get it done.
