Deidre Dattoli is a life coach, mentor and speaker who works with women looking for a ‘better way of being’ in the world; women who have been living behind a mask in order to be accepted and are ready to start transforming their life.

She helps women realise that they already have everything they need to be brilliant.  She helps them understand – they are enough!

Deidre’s own life and business has taken a transformation in the last few years, and as such it was time to refresh her brand images to better reflect where she is today, both personally and professionally.

For Deidre’s shoot I wanted to find a location that was unique and reflected her transformation.  To do this I took on board some of her brand words – kind, compassionate, grounded, patient, safe and warm – and eventually sourced a beautiful apartment through Airbnb that I felt aesthetically captured them.  (Cue, many happy hours for me trawling through beautiful homes on the internet!)

Following her shoot, Deidre said of the location, “If my brand was a house, it would be this one. Light, welcoming, warm, comforting, a sense of spaciousness, crafted with everything that is genuinely me, raw and safe. Very safe.  It’s how I want those who know me (and those who don’t) to perceive who I am and what I stand for.” 

Deidre also worked with personal stylist Nicole Vine before the shoot (who I love and who has worked with a number of my clients), to come up with outfits that ranged from relaxed through to sophisticated.  Knowing she had both her location and her ‘looks’ complete, Deidre was able to show up to her shoot happy, relaxed and confident.   

Choosing a location (and outfits) that matches your brand style can make a huge difference to your images.  When you get them right it helps send a clear message to people about not only who you are, but it can also help tell your brand’s story.
